Purchase Price:
- 1x House Coin per square meter (sqm)
The total house price depends on its size.
Example: A 25 sqm house costs 25 House Coins.

Monthly Rent:
- 10 Gold Coins per sqm
- Automatically deducted monthly from the player's bank balance.
⚠️ Important: Keep gold in your bank account or you’ll lose the house!

Requirements:
- Active Premium Account.
- Be in front of the house door.- Have enough House Coins.

How to Check House Price:
- Use Look on the house door to see:
➤ Size (sqm)
➤ Price in House Coins
➤ Monthly rent
➤ Name and location

How to Buy a House:
1. Stand in front of the desired house door.
2. Use the command:
!buyhouse
3. The system will check:
- Active Premium Account
- Enough House Coins
- House availability

How to Get House Coins?
- Buy from Trading NPCs (check which NPCs sell the item)
- Or buy from the Official In-Game Store
(Use the "Store" button on your client)

Final Notes:
- Houses are permanent as long as rent is paid.
- Use !sellhouse to sell or trade.
- You’ll lose the house if you lack bank balance on rent day.

Special Commands:

• Aleta sio: Edit guest list. Guests can only enter the house.
• Aleta som: Edit sub-owners list. Sub-owners can manage guests, open doors, and move items.
• Alana sio "Character Name": Kicks a character out of the house. Can be used by anyone inside the house.
• Aleta grav: Edit who can open a specific door. Use while facing the door. Usable by owner or sub-owner.
